you probablt need to change your internet settings... have a look here, or call your network provider, to find out what your settings should be. http://betfair-en.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/8783/p/105/ Depending on your contract, there may be data charges associated with changing your internet settings. Hi guys,
Really sorry about the issues you are experiencing. Have you tried calling your providers? there is a chance they are blocking over-18 content so that is worth a try. You can also use lite.betfair.com. |

Hey guys, all you need is the latest GPRS settings from your mobile service provider.

I get the (02) Error.
I followed the same procedures (ie changed certain settings) as in the link above, as also recommended by an email from the help desk. No luck. Still didn't work - I can't even access the log-on page. I had to undo the changes to allow betfair lite to work again. All very frustrating. |

Now also get a prompt asking: "The application Betfair has attempted to access api.mobile.betfair.com Would you like to allow this?"
Not had that before in two years of problem-free use of the betfair app. I have a Blackberry 8310 |
