Betfair mobile

When I launch the Betfair Mobile I have installed I am prompted to download a new version.
When I try to do that, i get the error message "We could not process your download request because of a Betfair internal error".
When i try to use the site on my browser I get redirected to the download Betfair mobile page.
Any suggestions please?
