3) 75 (a 3G signal is needed on this model. If you're logged in and then just 'cancel' out of Betfair mobile rather than log out, when you return to log in next time you'll get the "Your session has expired - please log in" message after entering your password. So you do, and you get the same message again. This is a constant cycle, and the only way to sort it is to download Betfair mobile and start again. I don't view this as a problem though because I've learnt to log out when I'm done - rather than 'red handset buttoning' out of it and having it expire on me).

There are a few things that could be improved, for example in preferences you have to reset refresh rate everytime you log in. Also if using the app rather than a link via safari then there is no facility to deposit cash. Much better than it used to be when I first switched to the iPhone though

will 4G be any faster?

iphone3 here not bad on O2 as long as the 3G signal is available which is hit and miss in SE England

Betfair works well on Betfair if you have the correct APN set up.
You may need to change these settings check out this page from the Betfair mobile help if you're not able to connect

Most of the settings are in there - also worth speaking to your network to make sure you don't get stung with extra data charges, although most of these are free.
