Very quick question... help would be much appreciated by all at Betfair Mobile

maybe though hadn't considered it before now. But I tend to lay when I see a poor price when I'm browsing. And I back more than I lay generally.

It's not so easy to quickly see lots of prices on my mobile, whereas on the main site I often look at a coupon and then a poor price may stick out. I tend to use mobile when I'm already sure of an outcome and am out and about and want to put a bet on quickly.

On a desktop/laptop, if you have already backed a selection and then look at laying it, you can see what profit/loss you may have on the back/lay.


On a mobile it only shows the lay screen when laying a bet so although it shows you your potential risk it doesnt show if you are in profit/loss like it does on a laptop.

You use the iPhone App right? If you flip the phone sideways when you are looking at the market you can see your full P&L on that market, including your 'what if...' position. You can also see market depth in landscape mode.

Give it a go and let us know if think this solves the problem.

Yes - because i do multiple in-running lays which are impossible to cancel by mobile.

please sdolve it i.e. 'cancel all'

Looking at getting iphone; does the app allow you to lay to a "payout", if so it would definitely boost the proportion of my lay bets.

using java app on Nokia, don't green out like I would on web as can't (or can't find how to!) enter the exact amount to lay to get green - seems to want stakes in multiples of £2.
