Are you making sure that you have the correct country code and are not putting in a zero before the number e.g.

+447789123123 and not +4407789123123

If this doesn't fix then give the helpdesk a call and they can send you the link directly. Alternatively go to mobile.betfair.com on your phone's browser, this should direct you to the right place to download or view markets.
