when a match kicks off and goes in play i cant access any of the markets but if a match has not started yet i can access all the markets but once it kicks off i cant

i have had a similar thing for the last 2 weeks......i can view all markets if not yet started but 90% of the time cannot view MATCH ODDS once in play.....also the score and time played on the MATCH ODDS screen has disappeared so you have to try and work out how long and what the score is from the other markets !!
seems to have been since an upsate at the beginning of feb |
