I tried to download ibetmate on appstore.Do you know why i can't find it?

You have to create an UK account, then you will find it.

ibetmate is only available to download and to use in UK?

I downloaded it and am using it in Australia.

It seems to be best option for mobile right? Compared to the java.

The only problem I see in ibetmate is that you can't multi task in iphone4, for e.g., to switch between browser with the daily coupon.
