Betfair mobile

Has anyone else tried to downlaod betfair mobile to the new blackberry pearl. Mine downloads fine but when i try and log in, it wont let me use letters, converts them to numbers so I cant log in ??

Ive emailed them 5 times and they have responded by saying ' try downloading it again' !!!!!
Doesnt work and why cant they fix it ???? |

Sorry, no fix here. Had the original Pearl 8100 and BF mobile worked fine, have the Pearl 9105 now and I have the exact same problem logging in - will only produce numbers rather than letters within the username etc

very annoying isnt it, i would have thought the brains at betfair could have worked this problem out by now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm guessing Betfair Lite is not worth bothering with and I was all set to get this phone until I read this thread! |

Betfair lite is ok but its very long winded and if you dont use it for a couple of mins, you get logged out !!
