does any display the in-play football coupan on 1 page so you can see it like you do on the main site ??

The iPad displays the main site tolerably, although there are obviously issues with any area that requires Flash. I've been using mine for a few months now and while there's a few small display issues it's not too bad. Also the iPhone download works on it so if you need a lightweight fast interface, which is very useful when you're on a 3G or low bandwidth Wi-Fi, it's very functional.
Pop into an Apple store and test one out before buying if you can, it's useful to test drive one before you buy :)
