Has it gone again?

After a few weeks of a decent service = I;ve gone back to the dark old days - lots of freezing,flip-outs,constant Refreshing,(02) - I have a Nokia N70 on O2.
Also the recent phenomena of being unable to refresh in-running.

Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing these things?
