Guys, i've just got an iphone and logged into betfair.
When I try to place a lay bet, against most of the lay odds it's asking me to "offer" odds?
What's that all about then. When I used my Nokia N96 all i did was picked my lay odds and placed the bet.
Is there something i'm missing in some sort of preferences/settings?

It puts up 'offer' instead of a blank square.
It just means that nobody has put up any money, ie there is nothing there waiting to be matched.
This usually only happens in low liquidity markets, or the event is essentially over, and already gone to 1000/1.01.
