i can upload it onto the phone . NBut every time i try and run it it freezes up and says network error. Any advice?

Betfair Mobile is running fine for me on my Blackberry Bold 9700. Sounds like you need to read the 'Network Error' thread further down the page and alter your APN settings, it worked for me.

This depends on your phone operator (cut and paste the details below to a spreadsheet to read properly)
The one warning about using these is that they often come with a data charge outside from any bundle you have i.e. if you pay for unlimited data then this may not be included and you may find that your bill goes up.

Setting these up also depend on your handset - for BlackBerry it's under Options-Advanced-TCP/IP

Other handsets vary with where they store this information but it's normally under an "Options" or "Settings" menu somewhere.

I'd check with your Network Operator before changing these to make sure that you're aware of the charges involved, some are free some are not so it's worth giving them a call to find out if this is a concern.

I have a 9700 on T Mobile in the UK and I cannot download Betfair mobile.  Anyone else with this problem?

i was on t mobile in the uk with the first version of the bold and it worked perfectly for me
