I have read through other threads and tried all the solutions (that I could find) for this issue, to no avail.
I have just bought a new blackberry bold 8700 on orange. I've got the email link from the betfair website and downloaded betfair mobile. I've entered the TCP settings for Orange - orangeinternet/user/pass and when all this failed I deleted the betfair mobile download and downloaded again. I'm still getting the {02) error message.
Any assistance is most appreciated.

It could be worth re-downloading if you're getting this issue, there was a recent release that could have caused this.
Post back if you're still having issues after a re-download as there's a couple of other things you may want to try such as your GPRS\APN settings. |

hi, I am experiencing the same issue. I have re-downloaded the software but still the same issue. Please can someone help me. I have a BB9700 with orange and have my settings as per above.

There isn,t a lot you can do. Just wait for the world cup to finish, or play on the mobile in between matches. The server isn,t strong enough for all these in play markets. The same happened when the ipl cricket was on and the 20-20 world cup.

I have same problem on my Blackberry - been like that for a while. In fact none of my Bookmaker apps work going on about GPRS Settings. Orange say everything is ok.
Any ideas |
