Betfair mobile

The last few weeks BF mobile has been un-usable from about 2.30pm onwards.
Now its fu*king up at midday.
The 10 minutes it took me to log back in cost me £80. Thanks Betfair!
I tried using BF lite on my mobile this afteroon, and remarkably its just as bad. It takes a minute to place a bet, and just as long to cancel it. Not ideal for trading tennis/cricket inplay.
Best of all, when you refresh the page a few times, the language changes....today I got Russian and Italian.
Sadly, I do quite a lot of betting via mobile....not any more. The last few weeks of this appalling service have cost me a fortune.

Why not get a data package and ten minutes wont cost you 80quid.

Got the data package, the cash was wasted on a tennis bet that went t1ts up....when I tried to get out at a neutral position I got logged out. By the time I managed to get back in, the set was lost and so was my cash!

its a fu@kin disgrace they earn a fortune off us but cant be bothered to**the probelm why?

they are aware of it. have emailed them 3 times got a reply the first 2 times but no reply to my last email which was sent about 4 days ago. might be worth contacting the betfair mobile team. the guy who responded to my emails was richard clarke. he didn't seem to believe that it was a problem that everyone had and was more interested in what network and model of phone i had. i told him if he could find a phone and network which would work in the afternoon to come back to me. so far no reply.
