I guess it started about November....
Betfair Mobile used to be a decent app, great for people like me who like a punt on the move or at work (gambling sites are blocked on our work internet!!!)
Sadly, its gone downhill rapidly, and this week it has now become so bad its unusable.
It seems to go from a poor service to unusable at around the time the IPL kicks off at 2.30pm, so I guess its a server issue??
Typical day...
First of all, place a bet with a view to trade out. I do this, and then when I refresh a couple of times it tells me my session has expired.
Log in, navigate through the menu.....My Markets,Cricket, Ipl, fixtures.....Session has expired
Log in...session has expired
Log in, navigate through menu, session has expired
Log in, navgate through menu, get to market, try and place bet....session has expired.
(at this point, I have no idea if my bet has gone through or been matched)
Log in...session has expired.
repeat for 20 minutes, getting more and more angry.
This has been 3 days in a row this week, needless to say I won't be using this ever again!!!

Yes it did this to me last time i tried to use it a week last Sunday and has done it to me before but not everytime.

I would say, its been worse since the upgrade. As soon the horses kick in, thats it. It keeps coming up session expired. Absoulute joke at the moment, esp if your trying to trade in and out of markets. Why they had to mess with it, is beyond me. Who wants live tennis scores etc....

they are bloody useless. you ring up and tell them that it isn't working properly and all they tell you is that according to them there are no problems with it. they give you some old ** that they will send an email to the relevant person but nothing improves. you ask to be put through to that person but when they put you through no one answers the phone. with the error messages that were appearing yesterday it is obvious that their server is not up to the job. they make a lot of money out of the punters but can't be arsed to provide a decent service. should be ashamed of themselves. would be nice if they could put a reply up for eveyone to read but of course they won't because they want to pretend that they are perfect.
