Can someone at betfair confirm that Betfair Mobile cannot be down loaded to my BB 8520 at present and tell me when I should be able to. Have spent ages on it and spoken to someone on BF technical support who did not mention any problem like this. Please help...desparate to use it but just feeling angry..

Ive had error 400 for nearly 2 weeks now on my Blackberry 8520 They keep saying they are workning on it and thats as far as its gone! I have DONE EVERYTHING THATS BEEN SUGGESTED TO ME TAKE BATTERY OUT FOR 5 MINUTES THEN REINSTALL! BOTTOM LINE ITS A PROBLEM THEIR END! If it was a problem with the internet site would be up and running in a couple of hours. Not all of us can sit at home!
Surley you would of thought they would of tested and re tested the new mobile site before launhing it?
Betfair Lite is like an old Dinosaur!! Useless! Anyone actully have the new site up and running if so whats it like?

Still same error message - betfair cant commit to a resolve date - very very poor. Agree betfair lite is antiquated and not the answer. Anyone from betfair more to add??

Unfortunately there have been continued problems with the mobile service, and there is no guarantee when this will be working again. It could be as long as two weeks. In the mean-time people are recommended to try and use the lite.betfair.com service. Rather than continually reporting that mobile is not functioning properly (as most of them already know) we will post updates when the services starts working properly again.
As there are a few different issues, it may be that some users are able to use the service again before others, it really depends on what phone they have and the specific error messages they are receiving.
I'm sorry I cannot be any more help that this, but it is unlikely that you will be able to have full functionality on your phone until late next week at the earliest.
