oh dear just ordered one ... whats the problem apart from the obvious.
betfair mobile does not work, and cannot get website to work on internet
when trying to download, says unfortunately your device cannot support betfair mobile
Use the IE browser.It dosent work on the default browser.

still cannot get this to work, on IE go to mobile.betfair.com,click download,enter phone number.
i then get a sms from betfair but when i click on the link it takes me back to mobile.betfair.com download page.

when u click on download betfair it asks for phone number, entered that, then i receive a sms from betfair, now what

same problem, the solution with using ie instad of opera mini, does not for hd2... maybe on older htc devices... on hd2 ie behave as full-desktop browser and best what I was able to get is recieve sms...
I had this problem guys. Bf mobile deffo works on htc devices, had it working for ages.
Recently had to download again and had these same problems.
On ie, there is an option for the browser to appear as mobile device. Try ticking this option and the web site should recognise ie as a mobile browser and not full desktop version.

nogo666, the web site does send an sms message as it detects the browser as a normalk desktop version of ie unless an option is changed.
Why bf can't simply allow users to download a versiob having selected the correct phone from a drop down menu is a mystery.
