Betfair mobile

Hi all
I have seen various answers for this on different networks, none of which have worked for me.
I have a Blackberry Bold 9000 with BT Mobile (business contract). I D/L'd Betfair Mobile, have enabled javascript to run on the device and input the following APN settings:
APN: btmobile.bt.com
User: bt
Password: bt
No matter what I do, I get Network Failure (27) when trying to connect. I have tried re-downloading the Betfair app, restarting the phone etc etc, all with no luck.
This is driving me mad, and I cannot find a** Can anybody please help?

I have just been in touch with BT Mobile. I had an adult bar on my phone, which they lifted. They also confirmed that my APN settings were correct.
I have once again deleted and re-installed the app, but I am still getting the same network failure error. Sacre bleu... |

If this is through your work you may want to check with the people running your BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server) if they can help. It could be that they're blocking things.
Post back if you get anywhere with this as the Age Block removal and APN settings are the normal reasons for this happening |
