Upgrade on Blackberry 8100 not working!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cannot log in after new upgrade as the keyboard on the login page (the 8100 does not have a qwerty keyboard) does not function properly.
Anyone else having this problem and/or found a workaround?

Having the same poroblem with a nokia, see other thread i opened. Had email reply but no help at all ;(
