Ok.. when I go to betfair.com everything is in Italian.. yet if I go via 'searchit' using their own browser everything is in English.. just when I go to safari its in another language.. please help!

before going to this screen, a split second before u can see the flag screen before going to the login screen, so there is no way i can change languages....

Sounds like you might have chosen & confirmed Italian mistakenly/accidentally..
You can hard reset your language choice by clearing your cache. Go to the "Settings" iPhone app. Then choose Safari near the bottom, - then again near the bottom choose "Clear Cookies". Let me know how you go, - any probs feel free to email me james dot head @ umaidevelopment dot com |

You can also change your languge in the "My Account" section. This is the 6th menu item after log in and then the last menu item in the next list. From there you will see the country flags.

btw I had to restore my iphone via itunes... worked a treat. Thanks to those that replied.
