Betfair mobile

I bought a LG GM750 and tried to download betfair mobile to my phone but it won't let me do anything after i enter my username and password. Do I have to open a different account to use betfair mobile. IF not whats the problem with my phone.

You don't have open a separate account for betfair mobile.I would give the help desk a call.
