The iphone doesn't support java applications, But it runs its own native betfair site, that is not as good as the application but does the job ok.
you would need a data plan but all the iphone packages come with that. using it on wifi is no problem, I would say its kind of essential as if you have a poor 3g signal or are using edge then it runs so slow and crashes an awful lot. the best phone out there mind! just not the best for betfair use unfortunatley. |

it doesnt run betfair mobile though, it runs its own web app and if you arent on a wifi connection its shocking!! consantly logs you out, no keep bets, no sp. pretty basic to be honest although the phone is the dogs **

I purchased an itouch.The reason being my n95 as a phone,and running betfiar is miles better. If they were to bring out a app for betfair,i may then dump the n95,until then i will stick with the n95. I use the itouch for Timeform radio,and certain sports apps,while out and about. Good thing is the high road here has free wifi about everywhere |
