select one horse per race, for each day of the meeting

2 points win or 1 point each way with a max of 3 e/w selections per day

non runner will go onto fav, and if joint favs then lowest racecard number

miss one day and you get favs through the card, miss 2 days you are out

you must however enter on day one to be in the competition

entries on newcastle thread or on here before scheduled start of first race

you have one nap selection per day where you will have double steak, that
is 4 points win or 2 points each way

if you do not select a nap selection it will be deemed to be on the feature race of the day

you may have a nap on an each way selection
