Yes, it's true, they really did say the following rgearding the recent bingo upgrade:
"We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we will do our best to complete this upgrade as soon as we can."

So how come they aren't apologising for letting courtsiders break their own fecking rules that Betfair themselves chose to put in their own T&Cs,

The rules that say this:
'Specific Conditions relating to your use of the Exchange
    Your Conduct
    You will at all times act in good faith in relation to the counterparties to your bets struck through the Exchange and such counterparties will be able to enforce this duty directly against you. In particular you will not place bets on the Exchange in breach of any sporting rules, regulations or code of conduct which apply to you.'

I didn't write that. Betfair did. And even to this day, Betfair let known courtsiders ( sporting data ) operate on here in flagrant breach of these rules.

So why the mis-match in the stance regarding apologies. The short term bottom line is the reason.

BINGO! Betfair - you're busted.
