Where was the tips from the Cups King? Most important Cup of the year and he was MIA.

The effort of Bott/Waterhouse's SAVAPINSKI over the 2000m still amazes me and is herculean.
Had only 6 prior starts and first time over 2000 and wins it in a time -sub 2.02.00 ----and cuts out the sectionals itself from the front---that would have to be one for the all time statistics record books----
