When does the Rupert Clarke become a Group 2?

Yet another inferior field in this year's Rupey.  Counter Attack, whose best win was in a Group 3, is favorite ahead of Voodoo Lad who has won a couple of listed races.  Bon Aurum, a very lucky winner of a Group 3, is the 3rd fave.  Surely time for a downgrade.
