Straight from those sneaky US trainers Can explain why some skanky, horses with very average looking hind legs can put up unbelievable efforts.  sDoes have side effects which can be harmful but if you get rich enough you only need 1 good season (before the wheels fall off) with say 3 good wins to get a good retirement package Just opinion But if it works on some athletes then very very very likely procedure could be modified to enhancing horse performances. And its not likely in breach of rules |
