Would be interested to hear any comparisons between Gruss and Betangel
Big fan of betangel here....(although no longer use ...) but did spend countless hours and I mean COUNTLESS trying to get some automation rules to work (and couldnt) and some edge using bookmaker / dutch etc |
|
By:
Not into automation myself Henry but you should have a chat with lads on the Bet Angel forum...they are a helpful
bunch and most of them know what they are at...quite a few of them specialise in that sort of thing. Really no comparison between the two tbf....Gruss is just a cheap copy at the end of the day.....although i remember a young Farrier many moons ago marvelling at his master dressing a mares foot...how cleanly the hoof shavings were coming off....'what a great rasp that is' he said....with that the Master looked up and chucked the rasp to the floor and said....'How great is it now'?. ![]() |

if you activate the hidden screen with ALT-TAB-F4 then you can directly access Jim's lay of the day which is usually a horse that is exactly as fit as all the other horses around it ... but the true beauty of the software is the +8% odds on offer that are immediately locked in to help offset the new higher commission charges as demanded by RNSW & RQLD (with RWA not too far behind)

"you can directly access Jim's lay of the day which is usually a horse that is exactly as fit as all the other horses around it"
HOW VERY DARE YOU????!!! DENIER!!! |
|
By:
![]() jim's words if a horse is rated at 95% fitness it will get beaten by another horse on 95% fitness also pure genius ![]() |

By:
How many decimal points does he work to?
|
|
By:
I remember when I was about 17 I think I would've been about 37% fit.
|
|
By:
the cheapest calculators anyone can buy (prob BigW) all have an 8 digit screen so if Jim's horses are under 100% fit ... (can a horse be 105% fit I wonder - gai could probably do it if anyone could) ... then 95 plus six decimal points is a real possibility

This place really is fuucked!......Poor old Bluffer spends 4 hours typing what admittedly was mostly mind numbing
drivel and it gets pulled! I managed to read his post this morning....and having mulled upon it though out the day which i often do..i was going to post my gratitude to Bluffer for his attempt at a thought provoking and interesting software review....you can imagine my disappointment at it's apparent removal. Wall to wall porn is fine though apparently.... ...i just don't get it. |

Yeah strange. Posted much more descriptive opinions on badger and woodpecker that are still on here so cant be that?
Maybe because betfair employed and endorsed badger to run seminars to flog off his betfair evolution aka racingtraders they dont like tge truth coming out even though it is already out?i make no gains from my opinion on here so not sure the issue. There is an active post that i replied to linking to an opinion on the same products so why is that still there? Could make a pretty good guess as to who is moderating the forums here. |

You definitely touched a nerve somewhere Bluffer...would the name of Adam Heathcote produce such a reaction...
.....surely not....just a spotty faced knob really wasn't he? |
