I actually think Gareth is going a good job especially going into the stables and out on the track getting interviews with the trainers and drivers. He has been asking the right questions and its been helpful on driver tactics and trainers saying where the horse it at fitness wise. I think a big step in the right direction, can only help turnover surely.
