Apparently he is just filling in for 5 weeks while Dan is away. Though I am sure he much prefers the excitement of Warragul trots on a Monday afternoon to calling the Golden SLipper.

no, for sheer excitement, he's just waiting to call the BIG ONE....... Syd V Ess.

Surely he knows the AFL starts in 2 weeks time.........Might be preparing himself to take over from Greg Miles as No.1 caller in Melbourne as GM wouldn't have too many years left in him to continue race calling.......

Calling a few boat races will prepare him for sailing events at the olympics

On the old bike track at Warragul they never had trots meetings they had regattas.
The first was always a maiden sculls followed by coxless fours then a coxed 4 John Mcguiness was always at the back of the boat, he was never allowed to beat anybody home Occasionally the possies were changed so that G Wilson could get close to the finsih Ted Demmler was always the cox (at the front of the boat) It was a fcking disgrace the Old Geelong track was not much better |
