Ami the only one not able to load aus. racing markets on gruss and others ?

I was having that problem with Bet Angle but I closed and reopened it and it worked. Unfortunately

I have joined bet angel today but same as other sites not listed all other countries there gb/us//etc

Do you have the latest version? On the older one it there was a check box on the login screen to use Australian Markets

Actually I just reopened it and couldn't see the Aus markets, closed it down and started it again and it worked. The API has been playing up a lot since they upgraded it...

It is because Betfair bought out a new API the other day. I use Geeks Toy, of course, and they have gone back to BETA version due to it.
I usually find if I reopen it, they are there. But certainly a fcukaround.... |

Try refreshing the days markets, and reopening. Not sure I can offer any other help, as it seems a little pot luck at the moment.

Good of them to do real time bug testing with their customers. Software released on release date (9 days late) , not when it is ready . Heaps of error msg's still but is improving.

GT back to beta, which is a use at your own cost. It isn't a released program right now, but available to use all the same. They are all in the same boat by the looks. Not sure if all are back to Beta.
Hamish, just did a reload of the markets on GT and Aus appeared straight up. Sometimes it takes a reload of the software, but haven't missed a race yet. |

Its a problem with the Betfair API and all platforms, Bet Angel, Racing Traders, Geeks Toy, etc. They say they are working on it but have no idea what it is. Sometimes the Aus racing markets come up and other times they wont open and you have to restart your program. Then sometimes no Aus races in the Horse Racing-Todays card markets. Very frustrating and taking way too long to fix.

Yea but they had these problems before they forced everyone off the old api. I think some of the commercial API products didn't think they would go ahead with their release date and were caught out with last minute coding. Sometimes the market is in the list but still won't load.
LstMarketCatalogue has been producing the most errors here. |

Betfair have been very reactive with this issue. They have not made any official announcement which would have made everybodies life a lot easier. They have acknowledged a problem but do not know what it is.

Bite the bullet , admit they F#$%ed up and reinstate the old API. It works fine.
I guess releasing dodgy software worked for Bill Gates but betfair are doing damage here. Missing Australian Markets Issue - listMarketCatalogue & Navigation Data We are aware of the issue that's been reported by a large number of customers which affects Australian markets. This issue causes some markets on the Australian Exchange not to be returned in responses to listMarketCatalogue and Navigation Data requests. This issue is being investigated as high priority and we'll provide an update regarding this as soon as we have further information. but those programmers lol ... nil testing or de-bugging of a new setup is not the way we were all taught some businesses will run 2 systems in tandem (the old & the new) until all the bugs are ironed out and the customers advise all is well the good ol days  |
