must admit I haven't been as interested after my Raiders didn't make it but after a weekend of upsets I think they deserve a thread

Watched both games last weekend, the first two for the year, Buunies are morals anything over 1.04 is massive value
upside of a night time grand final is the spectacle, downside is the wait

Think this game will go opposite to form, in that the Bulldogs will come out and try and make amends for their dismal handling last week by being a little careful, rendering them behind on the scoreboard from early into the game. Bulldogs been terrible in the second half for months barely able to score but piling them on early. Don't think we see that this game.
Rabbitohs by about 16 at half time and hold on to cover the line 8.5 come the end of the game.

NRL do the night time GF and don't have Tom Jones or meatloaf doing the pre game. AFL can learn a bit. AFL looking to get Buddy Holly for next years pre game.

In my 1st grand final I played the last half with a broken leg, due to the adrenalin had know idea, took my sock off in the sheds and the bone was sticking through the skin, cheek bone shouldn't be a problem

Think if you want to get a penalty you need to move your head around and lay on the ground pointing to your face. Not sure of any other rules...

The rules are very easy to understand--anything goes--until someone dies--then its a penalty..
Can't get it half way. Going to get ugly in the second half by the looks.
There was a penalty earlier in the game where one of the blue/white fellas didn't roll it backwards with his foot after a tackle properly and it was a turnover. Seems awfully harsh for something that really doesn't seem too important.

All over them, chance to start your set 15 metres out, or go for a long range penalty. With nearly 35 minutes to go in the game.

I can understand your confusion as your probably a fan of that game with only one scoring option. It's almost like your saying, why score a behind when you can go for goal?
