Haven't used them for years and am fast realising why. Just tried to withdraw via the debit card that i deposited with. Nope. No joy. We won't let you do that. Ok, I'll try EFT, surely that should be simple.
Nope, betfair won't give me my money that way either. The end result - it is physically impossible for me to access my own money.
Any suggestions on who I can raise this with to make them actually act upon the issue??? Thanks in advance for any advice.

You probably just need to verify i.d. for the card. Best customer service I've encountered anywhere. Perhaps you should have called them before making a right Wally of your good self.

maybe you just have to set up the electronic transfer again like I did, might just be some sort of security upgrade or something

did you turn the money you deposited over? I'm guessing the debit card is a visa or mastercard and they wouldn't differentiate between it and a credit card
there are anti money laundering rules around that just a guess though - give them a call |

do a bank transfer and just give them a BSB and Account number .. there the next day ...
