only as good as the people who work for you. Case in point of Kaplan: always has well bred stock spread around but the fire power is concentrated around particular trainers

Beth, Rebel, Zenitra & Snazzy all have won around $50k I would say and a few others that slip my mind

their horses don't seem to be going as well the last year or so tho I don't think

The horses you have named have been far from good, just country battlers.  Surely you'd want at least a few Metro horses given his numbers. 

Ironically his best horse was not a Shannon horse I'd say.  Veloce Cavallo.  She has produced a couple more handy country battlers.  I dare suggest he had more success when Bernie Hewitt was training for him.  Now that says plenty about Peter Bullock!

you're right.  Queensland is the greatest place on Earth.  Peter Bullock is an amazing trainer and the Shannon horses are going gangbusters at the moment. 

The first point was having a shot at how "patriotic" for want of a better term Queenslanders are and that their harness racing is not top notch.  And the second one here is just fact. 

You're right this is a great country.  I think you need to relax a little and not take it so seriously.  You labelling me a troll after two comments, the second one just a statement of fact and yes the first one a bit inflammatory is a little harsh I would have thought.

Enjoy the sunshine and the good racing up there at the moment.

Michael Munro ruining another race at Bathurst with one of these pathetic Shannon horses.  Definitely talking through my pocket but honestly these horses are a disgrace.  The ability they have and the way they drive them is beyond embarrassing.
