I need jack to catch hannebery and pendles to get over swanny I had small up in most team votes pendles into jack into priddis but have backed joel and pendles and layed  ablett on here tonight at 2.1 after he didn't get the early votes he should have. Jack will get the 3 for sure against west coast I was there and he was unbelievable Hannebery will probably poll in that game as well though.

i think he did want to tie with joel selwood.
i base this on:

1) he thanked god. he is the one guy that just does not get into ANY trouble. just plays footy. doesnt set any dwarves on fire or urinate on a shop front while holding a dildo. the guy is straight down the line. i think his faith does him good. whatever floats your boat. that or he was tongue in cheek thanking his dad.....

2) he was totally confident he was going to poll 2 or 3 in the final game. after selwood donutted the final round, you could tell with his reaction after the two vote that he knew if he didnt get the two he was going to get the three. i picked this up watching it 'live'.

3)i dont think its like golf where you have to split prizemoney. joint winners are equally lauded in brownlow land. co winners do not have their achievements diminished. ablett wouldnt become a one and half time brownlow champion. he would still be a two time champ. i believe it was a combination of both saying the right thing for the cameras and the truth. cheesy but true.
