Wes. Who were you looking for? You knew you had the long odds on favourite on your back. Looking for the 100-1 danger maybe.

His look over his inside shoulder was similar to R.S.Dyes when he gave the run to Myocard in the AJC Derby quite a few years ago. Luckily for Ryan Tree Fern wasn't a stablemate of his mount as was the case in the Derby

I had an email exchange with chief steward RM over a jockey (recently desqualified for 12 mths) that looked behind him then drifted off the track to let winner through.
Apparently it was all the horses fault & stewards ordered the horse to trial. RM had every excuse in the book except he couldnt quite explain why a jockey leading on the rail (NSW way) would need to behind him over his right shoulder.

The 'religious' jock was at his best/worst when at the REAR of the field. That way he never turned the head just called out,"I'm here move", never failed, well only failed when the reply came "not for a lousy 300".

i would give him the benefit of the doubt for it being a rort
he looks around and not watching where he is steering - that is poor obviously
winner was 1.20 from a derby to a penny c0
can see why others think different
Solvalla says he hates the trots but he never misses a sus race - imo

You would give him the benefit of doubt because you see things the way you would like them to be and not the way they are Mr Speculator, but that isn't a bad thing, if there were more people like you in the world, there would be less corruption and thats a good thing, so don't change

i have read that young people who wear glasses have lived a life where they twisted what they saw cause they couldn't handle what they saw (left field i know)
i am 49 without glasses so maybe i see reality
having said that it was a weird race - why would the 1.20 shot go there in the first place (behind the leader that is)
then despite being gifted the race it struggles in against a horse that couldn't get warm in a weak Blayney race sunday
i'll admit it is too confusing for me
