Dandy Kid....shocking omission

By:
I don't really agree with any of them 8 ball ...
Mahogany over further, Bernborough a little further, Choisir no, Fastnet Rock ummm but others might agree with you |
By:
If they go hard in front and she's set for it....Makybe Diva............... runs a place
![]() |
By:
Dandy Kid and Bomber Bill are in the Prelude event
By:
Runs second if it's transferred to HQ

By:
I can't see them not going hard, but Makybe Diva surely has to go in another race, otherwise you'd be putting in every stayer that sprints well fresh
By:
Well maybe we transfer it, but down the straight? I hate straight 6 races
By:
Fair enough otto but TINS started it so how about Hi Hat ?

TT is way too high up the list
By:
Are you doubting that it belongs in the top 8?
This list in in no order |
By:
Yes
By:
... and you're saying that Bletchingly was proven a better horse?
By:
your 4 were before my time, but Bletchingly only started 5 times ...
I followed racing from 1980 roughly to about 1997 and then from about 2004 until now |
By:
For longevity TT should be there, but thats it, he was a very very good horse but most overrate him because of his longevity. Head to head both at their best I would be on Bletchingly
By:
Would anyone put Apache Cat?
The reason I started this was because I thought a gutsy horse like Manikato might beat Black Caviar ... I doubt whether any of the others could |
By:
and I picked the Valley because Manikato loved it there and BC has also won there twice
By:
Hay List may have been top in another era, except for chemical scientists in Melbourne working wonders in our sports at present. Poor old Hay list will go down in history as the Raylene Boyle of Horse racing.
