Sad news the Famous Dutch Harbour was put down as he broke his leg.
A horse that was nick named Dutch Dingo at the start of his Career, we were told Cut his head off.
He then Jumped out of his skin and looked an up and coming Superstar but broke down and never came back as good again.
He is now being trained by Vinny Knight so he should do ok up there

RIP Dutch Harbour.

How many wins did he have Lloydy? I shall drink a beer for each win as a tribute to a mighty standardbred.

Sorry to hear about your horse lloydy I'm still getting over losing our galloper last year when he had to be humanely put down after a fantastic first up run and we had given him time to amture and were set to reap the rewards of our patience with him. The horses around him just keep winning in Melbourne city class as well but it's just very upsetting to lose the horse in the manner we did.

What are you talking about Kamikaze, I still never want to own another horse ever again over 13 months after his death as am still devastated at losing him. He was such a great character and if you knew the injury he carried during his last race and still put in big time and never deviated under pressure at all you would realise why I am so upset as he showed what courage and heart he had, the poor bugger.

Congrats on your winner tonight Llodyd!  Thought he might gallop at one point but it was a great drive from Caldow as we've come to expect.  Nicely done to all concerned.

Thanks Khan,
He is a Horse that we just take every win as a Blessing.
He has the Ability, just keeps Hitting his legs and doesnt race truly.
Didnt have a Cent on him and never will again. Just enjoy watching him go around.
John Just nursed him the last 200.
Just hope he can pay his way.

Always good to have a winner.

Lloydy
