But harness racing is in very good hands. You must be aware of that. Fear not as the future is very, very bright especially as it is run by very very bright people.

But on the original topic of this thing. Kevin Pizzuto how good was his drive on God Send? That was a ripper.

There are far worse drivers around than Kevin.

K Pizzuto.  Spends big in NZ from the gun stables.  back them first up before he ruins them.  not many hold their form

Did have a good run when Mitchell Reese was driving for him.  now he is back and Josh Osborn they are battling again

At the moment they are just sitting back and you watch Victoria Cup they will all High Five and say how good was that.
If it was me marketing it. They would hav to pull the back fence down to fit the people in.

STEWARDS REPORT

An inquiry into the behaviour of Trainer/driver K Pizzuto in the Stewards’ Room has been adjourned to a time and date to be fixed.

Trainer/driver K Pizzuto was stood down from driving under Rule 183(b) until the completion of an inquiry into his conduct after race 1 this evening.

Ahh, he drove Leading Lavros!!!!!!!  It was a remarkable drive and I said as much the time.

Started 40/1.
Attacked odds on favourite in a 54.6 first half.
Got beat 50 metres.

J Alchin having a few looks over his shoulder from finish line onwards, no prizes for guessing who he was looking for. Hope he gave him a decent spray

Pizzuto disqualified from driving for 6 months, he got 6 weeks for the drive, 3 months for throwing a hissy fit, and he was currently serving a suspended sentence so got a couple of months for that. Will be able to drive again mid June.

Apparently he can hardly put two words of sense together so I would have loved to have seen his "hissy fit"!

Big Kev was ejected from the track on Saturday night.  Might be getting a decent holiday
