New Sky Channel webpage

Filthy on the TAB--I use to get all this for nothing--was able to click on any horse and get an immediate replay.Now I have been told I have to LOG on from another section and click about 16 different icons before I can watch anything and it times out after a minute. And will have to pay in 2013 . TAB are a discrace[:angry:) every change they make,makes it harder to place a bet.

totally agree Whiskers. dont they realise if serious punters won't put a bet on if they cant do form & watch videos easily. they seem to only cater for mugs sitting in a pubtab putting $5 bets on.

what do they mean login at top of the page. i'm already logged into TAB site & there is no login at top of that page

KYE -have to go to http://www.skyracing.com.au/ and log in but when you click on TAB ,top right hand corner you have to wait a fair while for another box to pop up down the left hand side. Well,I did anyway. It wasnt easy to get to the point of being able to watch free replays. Damn annoying to the point that I will have to change back to watching my own DVD replays and other sites.

Gave up trying to use TAB site so went to their new Sky racing website to see if i could actually watch some replays.

The WORST & SLOWEST website i have ever encountered on the internet.

It actually logged me out while i was using it & then wouldn't take back to the login screen. If they think ppl will actually pay to ever use their service they are kiddin themselves.

glad its not just me - everything they have done IT wise lately has been a giant step backwards

You used to be able to look at every run a horse has ever had, now the form guide only has their last 5 runs.  Is there anywhere you can find a horses whole racing history now???

Can't watch at normal speed. Everything in slow motion now. Unwatchable

i often watch sky online which frees up the television for the family - i have just again switched off - it's just not worth it

The only real problem is the fact that it logs you out and that you can't expand it to full screen, at least you now  the searchable archive of replays is available again for free. I can't believe they tried to charge for the basic tools that punters need if they're trying to maintain or build turnover.

the picture is no where near as clear either - aren't things suppose to progress, to get better? we know what Retro means with the TAB - Retrograde

do they do any consultation / focus groups with customers to see what they want???  seems not

is it done deliberately. tabcorp can't be serious. where are these so-called journo's writing up such incompetence.
