Kieren Fallon http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk

YOU can’t say I didn’t tell you how strongly I fancied Society Rock last week, as we even shouted it out on the front page and boy did he win.

I don’t think I have ever travelled so fast on a racehorse as when I let him go, it was some feeling.

This fellow was the forgotten horse of the race, which I found hard to believe as he had won the Golden Jubilee, finished third on desperate ground in the July Cup, but more importantly would have beaten Black Caviar had he not missed the break when Johnny [Murtagh] rode him at Royal Ascot. And I don’t say that flippantly, I genuinely do think he would have beaten the Aussie superstar

Correct.

Would'a, Could'a, Should'a.... LaughLaughLaugh

So what?

He invents a hypothetical race (SR doesn't miss the start) to prove that SR WOULD'VE beaten BC, in a race that actually happened...... where SR misses the start and BC is injured in running, and BC still manages to hold off all challengers and even fights back when it looked like it was going to be headed.

SR DIDN'T beat Black Caviar. FACT.

Black Caviar was injured during the race. FACT.

BC won the race. FACT.

Get over it.
Report Treebeard September 13, 2012 8:30 PM BST
Nothing to get over this end, only one supreme racehorse ran that week.We all know who.
Report GoVoGo September 13, 2012 8:59 PM BST
About 10 sprinters sitting in their boxes in Australia would have beaten Black Caviar that day too.  A real shame English racing fans weren't able to enjoy seeing her at her best.
Report AFL September 13, 2012 9:10 PM BST
I can't see how they could've beaten her by sitting in their boxes back in Australia.
It was one of her best wins.
Report AFL September 13, 2012 9:22 PM BST
It's like Justin Gatlin saying if i didn't miss the start, I would've beaten Bolt in that Olympic final. LaughLaugh

And that's without Bolt pulling a muscle in running and still winning.

Laugh
Report Treebeard September 13, 2012 9:26 PM BST
Nothing like actually.
Report AFL September 13, 2012 9:32 PM BST
Of course it's nothing like it.

That's my whole point...LaughLaugh

It's nothing like reality...

IT DIDN'T HAPPEN.

BLACK CAVIAR WON THE RACE

THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED.

That's the reality.

GET OVER IT.

LaughLaughLaugh

What's the difference between Fallon saying SR would have won if he hadn't fallen out of the stalls and you saying IF BC was at her best she would have won 6 lengths?
Report Treebeard September 13, 2012 9:33 PM BST
Get over what,i backed the mare.
Report AFL September 13, 2012 9:49 PM BST

You are inventing words I didn't say.

Report Aussie Driver September 13, 2012 11:22 PM BST
You clearly know nothing about racing, you realise BC was injured don't you? Her true form would beat SR by 10 lengths, conservatively
Report Treebeard September 13, 2012 11:35 PM BST
I know more than you ever will, all your horses are injured when they don't perform up to scratch.
Report Aussie Driver September 13, 2012 11:36 PM BST
You just a common English women basher, anyone who understands racing properly can see you only have a very basic idea of how to assess form and horses generally
Report Treebeard September 13, 2012 11:36 PM BST
It's all history now anyway.
Report Treebeard September 13, 2012 11:37 PM BST
That ignorant comment proves your opinion is worth nothing.
Report Aussie Driver September 13, 2012 11:38 PM BST
lol you are hardly a racing analyst are you. Try and learn from people who do know
Report Treebeard September 13, 2012 11:38 PM BST
Show me the working....how does BC ever beat SR by 10?
Report Aussie Driver September 13, 2012 11:41 PM BST
Every time based on her true averaged form. You are obsessed with one run when was injured, just shows how little you know about asseessment when placing all stock in one run
Report Treebeard September 13, 2012 11:42 PM BST
No answer, well done.By the way our best sprinter is Deacon Blues who has been injured.

Report Aussie Driver September 14, 2012 12:06 AM BST
Half the euro horses have performed horribly in the mc, especially the really good ones. Your argument there only enhances mine. Not very good at this are you
Report Treebeard September 14, 2012 12:07 AM BST
Check the results and then check the betting for this year's race.
Report Aussie Driver September 14, 2012 12:09 AM BST
Results support it, the good ones have failed more often than not. Seeing now why you are a mug punter, absolutely no idea of assessing horses
Report Treebeard September 14, 2012 12:10 AM BST
Tell me how many trainers of beaten Euro horses blamed the travel?Mug punter LaughLaughI think not.
Report Aussie Driver September 14, 2012 12:13 AM BST

Some free advice Mr. Beard
If you are indeed doing form, what will the quality of that work be at this time of night?
Will you be able to rely on it?
Humans are programmed to sleep at this hour.
You would be much better served waking up early and going to bed early.
Plus you might have the bonus of living an actual life that way.

She stood by Kieren Fallon during his horseracing ban for taking cocaine.

However, the champion jockey’s girlfriend Kirsty Milczarek was herself banned from the sport for two years yesterday after being convicted of corruption in a landmark prosecution.

I have come to realize it is not the European horses that are of poor quality but the pisspoor trainers and the monkeys that ride them.

Send the horses to Aus to be trained by a real trainer and they can perform to there best.
