Not really refunding your stake, just giving you a free bet on the Eagles Dockers game and the max is $25.00

I have printed off the terms and conditions ..read it yourself
If your bet loses we" ll refund your stake , it also says they will give you a bonus bet of 25 as you say but pretty clear cut what refunding your stake means ..that's why I printed it off as a back up it seemed too good to be true If it was simply a bonus bet that's all it would say but it clearly says we will refund your stake.. I am not tech savvy to be able to provide the link here to read it but just click on full details on bet that can't lose on home page |

I am just reading it now, it is a little ambiguous but
'8.Clients who place a qualifying bet will receive a refunded Bonus Bet up to $25 if their bet loses, valid for the Fremantle v West Coast Derby on Saturday 4th August, 2012.' seems to me that that is all you get..... |

We must be reading diff things or thy have changed it since I bet , it doesn't say refunded bonus bet it says refund your stake that's a big difference I am reading off a sheet I printed off last hr

On this page
http://centrebet.com/Promos/AFL/AFLFRI You need to click on full details next to Terms and Conditions I know the bit up the top could be read as getting your stake refunded + the free bet, but the actual conditions only state it's a bet on the freo game....unless of course they changed it as you said? |
|

Gee I think I know who the gaming authorities would side with if something was ambiguous ..it would have to be the punters

I took hawks the line so wouldn't make diff to me but I guess as long as you loss something that part of the stake would be refunded I guess under line your stake refunded even if Chet had to portion hat you it back and what thy need to add to get ou back your stake
|

Maximum 25 bucks I am afraid. No getting around it. Hope you didn't bet too big.
Type out what is written on your print out. Bet it says something like *......... Refund your stake * up to 25 bucks, to be used only as a bet on the WC/Freo game. |
|
By:
we’ll refund your stake with a Bonus Bet up to $25
that stinks if that is the case |
|
By:
It should say 'as a bonus bet' or something like that imo
But the full T & C does spell it out |

sorry was on way home from work and typing on phone in car.
look if you read the intial promo it says bet that cant lose it then says refund of stake..should a punter like myself who reads that and then places his bet have to read the terms and conditions it seems its a trap to me If you go to a shop and buy something shouldnt it be on what the obvious message is ie refund stake as per the full details you click on first to explain the bet ?? still hope hawks win and i dont have to worry about drama but gee feel as though i have been dudded |

To answer your question, YES, always read the terms and conditions on anything that says they are giving you something for free. Not just once, not even twice. Minimum 3 times reading through them so you can decipher exactly what it is they are offering. Always look for this *. On anything. If there is an asterisk, prepare your mind for some thinking.
