Has anyone else noticed that the radio has lost it's one or two second audio head start compared to sky racing

Still had its 2 seconds thismorning when i had both skyracing on tv and radio on.

If you're listening to 4TAB M&M there is transmitter work going on, expected finish date/time not available according to the reluctantly helpful bloke I spoke to....he "knew" it was "impossible" for the analogue signal to be delayed. Had to badger him into admitting maintenance work was in ptogress which means the signal has to be rerouted via satellite

i noticed a difference on the weekend - the audio from sky was more real time imo but that may have been caused by a difference in the radio audio from 4TAB

i have pay tv in 2 rooms and there is a 2-3 second delay on the main tv compared to the 2nd in the "punting room" so i'm guessing everyone is different when it comes to live feeds
there must be people betting in run thinking they are getting "live" action who are at a severe disadvantage and don't even know it if you are......................... WAKE UP |

LIH 4TAB (yes it's Qld M&M) was "normal" ie ahead of Sky on the weekend. I first noticed the difference last night. At the moment I'm missing a lot of day betting so I don't know when 4TAB started on a go slow.
Hope it's fixed soon as it stuffs any chance of inrunning betting and cripples last second bets on any of the codes. The woeful thing is that if and when the audio switches to digital only the delay will be unavoidable as it's caused by the digital process or so I've been told. ATTENTION ANY UK BASED READER...what is the situation with all the TV feeds there, is it always delayed as is SKY (and I assume TVN) in Oz? |

same race on sky 1 and sky 2 but one was about 100m in front of the other |

I know some TABs have a 1 to 2 second advantage as they have live satelite feeds instead of cable, very similar to the trading rooms in the UK which have a advantage over the in house cable. I heard that someone tried to set up a trading room in Aus but sky racing for obvious reason wouldn't permit them to have a license suprise suprise. Maybe now that TVN has the rights this might change. But I doubt it
