We’ve now published a third performance update against our Customer Commitment – a set of 14 promises defined with your input to ensure we give greater transparency and clarity on key aspects of our business and service. Launched in 17 languages in June 2011, the Commitment covers five key areas of our business; protection for customers and their data, integrity in sport, customer service, communication, and the reliability of our products and services. Where possible each promise had specific targets so we could report back on our progress. We’re pleased to bring you this update with specific information on;
• Delivery of our new Responsible Gambling site – including video content to provide clearer explanation on our player protection features, plus new diary and budget calculator tools and more
• A new Memorandum of Understanding with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to enable information sharing at London 2012
• A new approach to charity support with our strategic community investment programme
• Confirmation that we exceeded the targets set for Customer Satisfaction and First Time Resolution for our service operations – and we’ve expanded the contact channels that this data now covers
• And acknowledgement that our commitment to better communication with customers hasn’t been perfect in the last 3 months but we’re continuing to make good progress and we explain when we’ve not met the standards we’ve set ourselves

MM - I'm in Old South Wales. I only popped in here to see if anyone else was having problems as I assumed that Oz punters would be most affected by the outage.
I emailed BF and they said it was fixed - doesn't look like it though,
