funny how different eyes have different perception of the same race. I thought fav was travelling yet got on at better price in the run.(not saying i'm any genius, exact opposite has happened many times)

I agree, Whiskers, if you are declaring the fave, as you did, its fine to have a bet on the quinella, but you have to at least have something the win too IMO.
Just because something is $1.57 like that, doesn't mean it isn't value. And you don't HAVE TO go looking for the quinella horse, just because its short. |

 -I just dont back things at odds on --well very rarely--cause they are hardly ever value,and faves only win 26-28% of the time(I know others say 30-33--thats rubbish)--In fact Black Caviar is the only odds on pop ,for a long time,that Ive thought was value...and I wont even back it.. |
