Advice please

Can anyone advise if it is worth going to IBAS concerning a FOBT bet that was placed today, I was playing Black Jack for £50 a hand and I received a 10 against the machines 5 I doubled down but because I am wagering over £50 I have to have it confirmed at the counter, The assistant scanned the ticket but instead of confirming he rejected it and came from behind the counter to try and see if it would work. As he had pressed reject the ticket would not scan and I could not double down. As he was phoning another shop the time out cam on and the bet was lost. His area manager said their was nothing they could do. I feel well and truly cheated.
