Odds on, really?...never tried the trip, been a bit suspect last 2 runs, another Henderson chaser that doesn't last long? Let's face it, it's a poor division and he's been flattered. Cyrname going left handed?

Provided there is sufficient dig, then Waiting Patiently is the obvious one

Altior is an exception beast of a horse; 18th straight win the majority emphatically; beating everything at this trip. If running here he'd be attempting 20f for the 1st time enroute to beating Big Buck's 18th consecutive wins, and I firmly believe it's with his compass - he ran as if a trip further than 16f would be beneficial in winning his last race in the Champion Chase.

He's 10/11, and would be a lot shorter if turning up, and no show from Cyrname (trainer not wholly enthusiastic); his main target is the King George thus a good prep, if confirmed, and all being well.

I'm looking forward to his new assignment, and hopefully a stepping stone to his X'mas objective and beyond.

Firmed into 4/6 for this, and only 5/1 double for the King George. Let's hope he turns up - win or lose.
