What's happened to Otago Trail?
By:
Not sure Mully, just noticed because I had bet him, and realised he was missing from my open bets. Gutted, was on him at big odds, and had laid at 60's, but was hoping to lay off some more.
Hope he's ok, as I think he's decent. |

Vics Canvas scratched this morning.

Unable to Bet Samurai or Red Via the The Race card on RP site

By:
Ziga Boy & Carlingford Lough both out through injury.
The Last Samurai is now top weight and all carry 1lb extra. |
By:
Any Idea when Lough was withdrawn I bet him Late last Night
![]() |
By:
Who did you bet him with? A lot of the books are NRNB
By:
Carlingford Lough will be taken out at 12 today as it's a forfeit stage. Sorry not injured and being saved for later. Ziga Boy injured.
By:
9 taken out of the National. Awaiting the names.
By:
Carlingford Lough, Alelechi Inois, Foxrock, Maggio, Ziga Boy, The Romford Pele, Straidnahainna, Sizing Coal & Vics Canvas are the 9 taken out.
By:
Interestingly Dr Harper is still in despite Betfair implying it was a NR earlier in the week by moving it to the bottom. Seems to need one more to come out.
By:
its between dr harper and le vaticanne at the monment as to who gets in,not sure how its decided but before the final decs will pipe take a chance on no more defections and take the one he fancies least of the pair out,[if he fancies the one due to miss out, more than the other ]
By:
Am pretty sure La Vaticane gets in first as his current chase rating is higher than that of Dr Harper.
By:
Bet him on Exchange P ,bad timing
![]() |
By:
He was doubtful as it had been mentioned that a final decision would be made today.
By:
what are the chances of Bless The Wings getting a run now?
By:
no. 42 on the list
By:
Probably slim enough. Ran on nicely in the Irish version last year.
By:
Looks unlikely as can't find one dubious runner and there were none at this time last year. Was hoping the price might hold and he would sneak in. As it is looks like neither. Haven't had a bet yet but the two that took my fancy were Foxrock and Blessthewings, with Foxrock taken out and Bless looking unlikely to feature I'll have to come up with someat else.
By:
would have thought nicky would be running cocktails at dawn earlier in the week! surely wont stay national trip.? dont give up hope!!
By:
Chance of Cocktails At Dawn going for the Topham and there's often one with a late vets certificate. Bless The Wings might just scrape in at No.40.
By:
please can Bless the wings get in, i have laid the other 40 runners in the field and he is a jackpot bet
By:
hendo said on ruk yesterday that cocktails was a season long plan, cant see that changing in 48 hrs, unless he was spouting shoite again
By:
regards cocktails
hendo,s only runner in national and has 1st or 2nd fav in topham gold present, straw clutching comes to mind,i,d be looking elsewhere for a withdrawl myself, prbably sat morning when its to late |
By:
The trainer did state that he intends to run it in the GN if it got in which it has. That's not to say for sure that is his intention. Goodtoknow is very weak in the betting considering it's form so mebbe that one is doubtful
By:
Wonder if Pipe will take out one of his to ensure Doctor Harper, who unlike Ballynagour and La Vaticane looks to have a chance, gets in.
