the marketing guys at the big four have got this wrong,going first 4 only will
1)upset your loyal year round punters 2)drive people to either other bookies or online 3)make shops empty,surely all they want is for customers to play fotbs - so a massive own goal here ,potentially loosing out on all those new fobt players . 4)driving customers online is killing their own shops ,its totally the complete opposite of what they should be doing.
not only is it putting off horse racing punters ,its also missing out on footfall,they should be doing everything to make customers national betting experience as enjoyable as possible ,not taking a short term view to make a fast every decreasing buck
