At Fishers Cross looks a great bet at 6/4 PP. Rock solid form and The New One didn't let it down today.

Forgotten Voice e/way @ 4/1+ Has mtoy gone to the well too often? If so, this is surely a bet to nothing?
Rocky Creek 11/4+ i think rocky creek is the one u no, hes never ran on flat or nhf race, 1st run under rules they made him 8/13 and was done by only 1/4 lengths, but then won at donny before that bad run at chelt. The next season, he looked like hes needed his first run, that could have been the case in first season he has a couple of respectable runs on good ground, so it might just have been the course he beat rolling aces ina ptp Cue Card/Fleminstar each way 6+7/1+ SS the most vulnerable race SS has contested mainly cos of ground/distance! After a little more study and much deliberation with a friend i've come to settle with these. Also will lay the first three favorites to a level stake of £10 each and place a £10 treble at best board prices. When one loses, i get stake back, if they all win, what with above stakes, i should have a good days small but fair profit. At fishers defo vulnerable on the fast ground no ![]() GL ALL ![]() |

I cant have Rocky Creek at all. I think its a complete bottle job. If its going to win anywhere it would be here I guess, as it certainly isnt getting up the hill in a Grade 1.
I think Dynaste is nailed on. I also think At Fishers Cross will follow up from Cheltenham, that thing was SO impressive. If anyone gets the chance to have a look at the Albert Bartlett again have a look at the speed it crosses the line compared to Bob's Worth and (especially) Sir Des Champs who was almost stopping. I'm sure its best on soft ground, but I dont think good ground will be an issue. My Tent or Yours makes up a decent treble in my eyes. I think Sprinter Sacre wins, but Cue Card could go close over the over distance. I think the bet is Cue Card WO Sprinter at 13/8. As good a jumper as Flemenstar is I think it could be run off its feet and end up blundering. I'm going to keep the steaks very small and the prices big in the other races. |
